  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 orange peeled, segmented, and chopped
  • Lettuce leaves or salad for serving


  1. Whisk the yogurt, orange juice and zest, honey, ginger, garlic, coconut aminos, and poppy seeds in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the chicken, green onions, almonds, and orange. Mix well.
  2. Chill the salad until ready to serve; scoop into lettuce leaves or over top of chopped greens.
