Chili Roasted Cashews

In addition to a simple snack, you can throw these chili roasted cashews in a salad, sprinkle on soup, or add to a stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon light olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Put all of the ingredients in a freezer bag and shake until cashews are well coated. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cashews are golden and fragrant. Allow to cool completely before serving.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
