Ingredients
3poundsbones of your choicechicken, beef, or pork, or mix
1onionhalved
4stalks celery
2carrotspeeled and cut into chunks
Fresh herbs: parsleyrosemary, or thyme
lemonjuiced
Water
1tablespoonkosher salt
Instructions
Put the bones in your instant pot with your veggies, herbs, and lemon juice.
Cover with about 8 cups of water, but don’t fill your pot more than about 2/3 full. Add salt.
Lock the lid and cook at high pressure for about 2 hours. Use the natural release to release the pressure.
Allow to cool and strain the broth. Store in sealed containers in the fridge, or freeze for longer storage.
