Lemon Rosemary Crock-Pot Pork

  • 4 lbs Pork tenderloin (cut into 2 inch thick chops)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1/4 c EVOO
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Put three chops into the Crock-Pot, and top with two cloves of smashed garlic, one tbsp rosemary, half the EVOO, and the juice of half the lemon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
  2. Layer the remaining three chops on top and repeat.
  3. Cook on low for seven hours.
