Tuna Lettuce Wraps

  • 1 can Tuna in water
  • 6 Iceberg lettuce wraps
  • 1/2 c Purple grapes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp Slivered almonds
  • Sprinkle of garlic powder
  • Sprinkle of onion powder
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Avocado (small, chopped)
  • Purple onion (thinly sliced, for garnish)


  1. Drain tuna and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Roughly chop grapes and add to bowl.
  3. Add in almonds, onion powder, garlic powder, cracked pepper, and mustard. Mix well.
  4. Cut up avocado and add it to the mix.
  5. Once everything is well combined, use a serving spoon to spoon a couple tablespoons of mixture into each of the lettuce wraps.
  6. Garnish with purple onion.
  7. Using hands - DIG IN!
  8. Enjoy!
