  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Avocado (pitted and diced)
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 Red onion (finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)


  1. Stir together the garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk in the olive oil.
  3. Add the avocado, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Adjust salt and pepper to taste and serve.
