  • 1 Chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1 Avocado (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 1/2 Stalk celery (diced)
  • 2 tbsp Paleo mayo
  • 1/4 c Onion (diced)
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper (to taste)
  • leaves Freshor romaine leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Serve on top of fresh greens or wrapped in romaine leaves.
  3. Enjoy!
