Ingredients

  • 1 pint Fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)
  • 8 cups Water
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries, lemon juice, honey, and one cup of water into a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring regularly, until the honey is dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a large glass pitcher.
  4. Add the rest of the water and the ice to the pitcher.
  5. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  6. Serve cold.
