Grilled Peaches With Cardamom Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe peaches (halved and pitted)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup Slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cardamom

Instructions

  1. Stir the honey and ground cardamom together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-low.
  3. Place the halved peaches on the grill with the cut sides facing down.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes until soft and grill marks appear on the peaches.
  5. To assemble, place the peaches in a bowl and add a dollop of coconut cream.
  6. Drizzle with the honey and cardamom mixture, sprinkling on more ground cardamom if desired.
  7. Top with slivered almonds and serve.
