Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kale (washed and chopped)
  • 1/4 Onion (diced)
  • 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Almonds (sliced)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, kale, almonds, and red wine vinegar.
  4. Cook until the kale is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and serve.
