Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apple peeled and grated
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
