Simple Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans trimmed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2  tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1  teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss the beans with the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Lay on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Roast until browned and tender for 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through. 
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dish.
