Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Zest and juice one of the oranges. Peel the other, remove as much of white pith as possible, and segment it. Add the orange juice, zest, and orange segments to the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until finely chopped. Chill until ready to serve.
