Chocolate Walnut Date Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 12 Dates pitted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder plus additional for dusting

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until thick and smooth. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Form the mixture into 2 inch balls and roll in cocoa. Lay on the parchment paper. Chill for 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
