Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the pineapple and peppers, and cook until lightly browned and soft. Add the lime juice and transfer to a bowl. Serve warm.
