Curried Carrot Fries
These make a delicious addition to bunless burgers, Paleo wraps, or just as a quick and easy snack when you’re craving unhealthy fries.

coconut oil

Chopped cilantro

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel and cut the carrots into sticks about 3 inches long and 1/4 inch thick. Toss with the curry powder, salt, and oil.

Lay on the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until carrots are crisp and lightly browned. Remove and sprinkle with the cilantro.
