Cinnamon Honey Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • .5 cup walnuts
  • .25 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • .25 cup honey
  • .25 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • .25 cup raisins or cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.  

  2. Put the nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.  

  3. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, coconut oil, and vanilla. Heat on low until melted and smooth. Pour over the nuts and stir to coat. 

  4. Transfer mixture to baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.  

  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Break into small pieces or pulse in a food processor for a finer texture.  

  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
