Marinated Raw Feta

This easy appetizer is rich and flavorful and couldn’t be easier to make. Serve with olives, sundried tomatoes, and high quality cured meat for amazing appetizers your guests will love.

  • 8 ounces raw feta cheese sliced into 1/2” slabs
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 2 sprigs fresh oregano
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional


  1. Lay the cheese in a shallow container. Add the remaining ingredients, making sure the cheese is covered by the oil.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, but up to 3 days. Serve at room temperature.
