1poundgrass-fed ground beef
1egg
1onionfinely chopped
2clovesgarlicminced
1/4cupalmond flour
1tablespoonItalian seasoning
1teaspoonsea salt
1 8-ouncecan tomato sauceno sugar added
Instructions
Combine the beef, egg, onion, garlic, almond flour, and seasonings in a bowl and mix well. Form into a loaf and add to your slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Before serving, top with the tomato sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
