Slow Cooked Meatloaf

Meatloaf couldn’t be easier than in this slow cooker dish. Serve this with mashed cauliflower or sweet potatoes, and a green vegetable for healthy comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 8- ounce can tomato sauce no sugar added

Instructions

  1. Combine the beef, egg, onion, garlic, almond flour, and seasonings in a bowl and mix well. Form into a loaf and add to your slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  3. Before serving, top with the tomato sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
