Pork and Noodles
Pork tenderloin is tender and juicy, and pairs perfectly with zucchini noodles for a healthy, guilt-free meal.

Using the sauté setting on your Instant Pot, heat the sesame oil, and add the ginger, garlic, and onions. Cook for 5 minutes, until translucent.

Add the remaining ingredients, except for the zucchini noodles, and close the pot lid. Set to cook for 15 minutes at high pressure.

Remove the lid, add the noodles, and stir. Cover for 5 minutes, until noodles are tender, and serve.
