Baked Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head cabbage
  • 6 tbsp Bacon grease
  • Salt (pepper, garlic powder to taste)
  • Tin foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut 1/2 a head of cabbage into 4 small wedges.
  3. Place wedges in the center of a piece of tin foil.
  4. Cover each of the wedges with 1.5 tbsp of bacon grease, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Enjoy!
