Ingredients

  • 5 cups Chicken breast (cooked, shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cups Red grapes (halved)
  • 1/3 cup Paleo mayonnaise
  • 1 Stalk celery (diced)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
