(overnight in the refrigerator)

Remove the coconut milk from the refrigerator. Without shaking, open the can. Scoop out the coconut cream from the top of the can.

Put the remaining ingredients in a blender, with about 1/2 cup of the coconut milk. Blend until smooth.

the smoothie into two glasses and add a dollop of the coconut cream, reserving the remaining cream and milk for another use.
