Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup White wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Honey

Salad

  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup Almonds (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Put the dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the salad between plates and drizzle with the dressing.
