Ginger Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 14 oz can full fat coconut milk
  • Coconut cream optional

Instructions

  1. Put the cocoa, honey, ginger, cinnamon, and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, and whisk until there are no more lumps.
  2. Add the coconut milk and whisk on medium low heat until hot.
  3. Pour into mugs and top with coconut cream if desired.
