Smoked Coconut Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 cups large flaked unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Toss the coconut with remaining ingredients in a large plastic bag.
  3. Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Bake for 10 more minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
