Cilantro Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can good quality tuna drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Zest and juice from 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
