What are zoodles? Quite simply, they are zucchini noodles. The zucchini can be grated, spiralized, or ribboned to look like pasta noodles. You can use any of the following tools: mandolin slicer, food processor, julienne peeler, or a spiralizer device. You can get one of these spiraling tools at most stores or online.
