Nice list! you pretty much listed everything you can eat on the paleo diet. Now it’s just a matter of combining those ingredients to make some nice paleo meals, that’s where the trouble starts. Especially for those who don’t know how to cook (like me). I would like to add that investing in a paleo cookbook certainly makes life much easier. It’s pretty much made me stick to paleo as I don’t need to worry about what to eat.
